Enjoy the service and amenities of a 5-star hotel in a private, modern and bright 3-bedroom villa situated in the luxurious Coral Beach Club at Dawn Beach. The villa has been completely refurbished in 2019, with brand new, high end interior, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms and furniture.

Beautiful views from all rooms and terraces of the beach, ocean and marina, private pool, steps away from top restaurants.

Villa Sea Fan is a modern, 2200+ sq ft (205 m2) home with the upscale finishes that one can expect in this category. Beautiful travertine stone floors throughout. All oversized rooms and terraces overlook the beach and ocean while some have views of the marina. The villa is one of only two freestanding villas in the beach club and is situated just a few steps above the beach.

There is a large living room with adjacent 8-person dining area looking out over the private pool and sliding doors lead to a pool patio with a dining table, loungers and an outdoor shower. A semi-open kitchen has all the high-end appliances to cook gourmet meals.The 2 large bedrooms upstairs have their own terraces, king-size beds and large individual bathrooms (one has a double shower, the other one a single) with generous walk-in closets. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and features a king bed. Private parking in front of the Villa for two cars. As a renter you can also use all amenities of the neighboring Oyster Bay Beach Resort, such as their large pool and fitness center (the Coral Beach Club has its own gym as well).

This villa is under new management but the previous listing had Twenty - 5 star reviews!

  We were so happy with our stay at Sea Fan. The location is ideally set on a sandy bay with easy access to the amenities of Oyster Bay Resort (perfect, since the plunge pool is small). The villa itself is comfortable and well-appointed. The IRE staff were helpful and responsive, and the housekeeping staff made our place tidy each day!

  Everything here was perfect! The villa was well appointed with stunning views! We had 3 couples staying here and we each had a bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom. The kitchen was great if you wanted to cook. The maid service was also nice touch. The location on the island is perfect for those looking to be away from crowds. The beach is beautiful and the Oyster Pond Beach Resort next door with their infinity pool and restaurants was perfect. We especially loved the Veranda and Big Fish restaurants and lunching by the pool along with Happy Hour at Infinity. Maia from Ire Vacations was extremely helpful, accommodating and attentive along with her team. They even gave us a great taxi service - Henry - we used to get around the island. I would highly recommend this villa. We can’t wait to return.

  Our experience with ITE was amazing! Then rental was the same as website the pictures. Cherish and Maia we’re outstanding to help us with dinner and beach chair rental reservations and shopping advice. We were met at the airport and followed to rental.   We had an unbelievably fantastic vacation experience! We plan to return as soon as we can make plans with other couples to fully use this beautiful, spacious villa (it was just 2 of us this trip). We love the location on Oyster Pond. It is so close to a number of beaches and restaurants that we wanted to visit that it is was perfectly located in our opinion. The gated entry to the property was just what we were looking for and the staff at the resort and with IRE Vaccinations were fantastic! Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is perfect for three couples or a large family. It has three lovely bedrooms and en suite baths. The private pool and private patios are perfect for intimate get togethers and sunbathing. We cannot recommend this property, highly enough...BTW...the housekeeping staff came every day and were wonderful !

  We recently stayed at Sea Fan and had a wonderful experience! The villa is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for 3 couples! We each had our own private bathroom and there was a 1/2 bath for our conscience! The views from the villa are gorgeous and just a short 2 min walk to the beautiful beach! The villa is well appointed with enough towels and kitchen supplies to make everything so convent! The beds were super comfortable but again you can not beat the views! The IRE team was super helpful as well! Highly recommend!
