  So many good points about the accommodations; secure, comfortable, clean, very well stocked with needed items, quiet at night and a convenient location (with the added bonus of driving by the Maho beach plane watchers daily).   We have been to St. Maarten over a dozen times and this was our first stay at Coastal Oasis. From the minute you step in the door, the view is breathtaking. The condo is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed 14 nights. The only issue we had was with the safe which needed a new battery and the dryer element went out. The staff of IRE was incredibly responsive and took care of everything ASAP. Our flight was delayed and we thought we were going to have to stay another day and IRE was quick to respond that we could use the condo an additional night if needed. My husband and I will be booking this condo for our next trip in the fall!
