Felicite at Ocean View Terrace is truly a unique place. The property has been recently renovated and offers amazing views of the ocean and the Island of St. Barths, Felcitie is perfectly perched on the hillside.

The pool deck/patio offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen area. The villa boasts a kitchen and the living areas are truly indoor/outdoor. The entire side of the villa facing the pool and ocean is made of sliding glass doors creating spectacular views from everywhere.

Outside, the pool is set on a tiled deck which offers seating for on comfortable lounge chairs and a wooden table with four chairs.

Felicite offers two bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a king size Mahogany bed and an en-suite custom bathroom with shower. The bedroom has French doors that open onto a deck overlooking the sea and villas below. The second bedroom is downstairs with external access only from the pool deck.

This villa is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful Caribbean holiday with breathtaking views.

  Felicite was perfect for our week stay in St. Maarten. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and more. The villa was clean and very well stocked - It even had beach chairs and some snorkelling gear available for our use. The view was spectacular and the pool was a perfect size for a relaxing dip with amazing scenery. IRE vacations were so great to deal with and we were able to relax even more knowing we had a contact on the island if we needed anything. They even had some groceries stocked for our arrival so we didn’t need to rush to the grocery store. The villa is in a gated area, adding to our comfort. The road to the villa has many steep hills and curves so my suggestion is if you are getting a rental car, get a larger vehicle that can handle the hills. We had a mid size sedan and it struggled especially in the rain.
  If you are looking for a private, quiet, away from the crowds get away, this place is perfect!

  La Villa Félicité est tout simplement incroyable avec sa vue magnifique. Les lieux étaient très propre. Nous avons passé beaucoup de soirées sur la terrasse. Le jour nous fesions nos activitées, sorties à la plage et provisions pour le souper. Nous étions triste de partir. Hébergement parfait pour deux personnes.

  The staff from IRE vacations was great. They met us at the airport to show us the way. And when we arrived at the house everything was explained to us. The house was really clean, it was stocked with basic food items so we didn’t need to worry about that till the next day and the views are exceptional. Was more than we expected. Very impressed!
